Papa and Bama

Papa and Bama came out here last week to rescue me. And that's exactly what they did! We loved having them and we request them back anytime. They are going to need a vacation though because they were going and going non-stop with the kids. I got some much needed rest (physically and mentally). Not to mention, Nathan and I got to go on a much needed date. Mom and Dad, thank you for loving your role as grandparents. In fact, they said something that only amazing people would say. "We are so glad that Heavenly Father created grandchildren. It gives us a second chance at being parents" Thank you Mom and Dad!

Updates from Tasha

I just talked to Melissa the other day and she told me the funniest story about little Coltie Bear. I know she is super busy as a new mom so I thought I would share it for her. I have been cracking up all week over it. Nate found a little snake in one of the Vintage houses so he brought it home for Colt. Mo was saying that the other day Papa was sitting down at the breakfast table eating cereal and Colt held the snake up to his mouth and started talking for the snake he said, "MMMM snake wants some cereal." (or something close to that) Anyway the funny part is that he has caught on at such a young age to the Dunbar trait of talking for animals. I have always loved the voices that Chris makes up for animals unfortunately our sweet Kova has ended up with a smoker voice???

Oh and some funny things about Dylan lately are that he some how learned to whine... And when he does it he gets this squeaky voice and sits there and says mama mama. It's really funny and I have no idea where he learned it... Also I have been showing him "No No's" around the house. And now he walks around to all of the things like the stove etc... And shakes his finger and says, "No No." Yesterday we went down to Highland to visit my friend and he was playing with her son and if he would take a toy that Dylan was playing with he would just look at him and say, "No No." And last my little Arizona baby loves sitting on the heaters. I will randomly find him sitting on the heater just warming up. It looks like he is going to be like his mama. Luckily we are headed to Arizona soon so we can thaw out.

Oh and lastly I just learned how to make Tutu's. They are so easy and so cute... I made one for myself for Halloween. My friends and I are going to the Gardner Village for "Girls Night Out" tomorrow and wearing them as part of our witch costumes. Anyway I can tell you how to make them they are cheap, easy and cute for gifts...

Hope everyone is doing well!!! We can't wait to see little Charley and Katie (when she gets here)

Western Town @ Roloff Farms

Roloff Farms

In between the Saturday funeral for Grams and the Monday burial, we headed to Roloff Farms. We got to meet all the Roloffs except for the youngest son. I was star-struck talking to Matt. He told me that CO is his 2nd favorite place in the world, his farm being #1. The farm is beautiful.

Just for FUN

I have been experimenting with Photoshop and just learned how to change the texture of the picture. This is my first time trying and I think it looks like an old newspaper photo... It's amazing what you can do with pictures...
